Payment Information
After registration you will receive an email receipt with the total amount due and a link to a PayPal invoice page, or you may direct payments to: paypal2010@tt-east.org
Please note that event registration payments will only be accepted via Paypal, but you do not need a PayPal account to make payment as the invoice page will give you the option to pay via credit card. However, if for some reason you are unable to make payment via PayPal, please contact us for other payment options.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be sent via e-mail to cancel2010@tt-east.org
- Cancellations received by Friday June 4, 2010 midnight ET will receive a 100% refund less a $25.00 per person administrative fee.
- Cancellations received from Saturday June 5, 2010 through Friday July 2, 2010 midnight ET will receive a 100% refund less a $50.00 per person administrative fee.
- No refunds will be issued after Friday July 2, 2010.
ANY REGISTRATIONS NOT PAID IN FULL BY THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON FRIDAY, JULY 2, 2010 WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELED UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH TT-EAST.
About TT-East
TT-East is a not-for-profit all volunteer organization. Any and all proceeds realized from event registration will be put toward the funding of TT-East 2010. The volunteer organizers of TT-East work with our vendors, sponsors and/or suppliers to assure that all event costs are reasonable and reflect the actual amounts that it will take to make this event successful. If TT-East 2010 is left with any excess and/or unutilized funds, TT-East organizers reserve the right to donate said funds on behalf of TT-East 2010 to the charities and/or organizations of their choice.

TT-East 2009: Snowshoe, West Virginia | ||||||||

Dates: Thursday July 30, 2009 to Sunday August 2, 2009Location: Snowshoe, West Virginia (Google Map). Description: TT-East 2009 returned to the mountain resort of Snowshoe, West Virginia for what was dubbed "TT-East 2008: Part Deux!". Sign-in opened on Thursday afternoon and on Friday, an autocross was held as well as scenic area drives. On Saturday the traditional group photo was taken and once again several area drives were offered. The event closed that evening with a banquet dinner and the closing event raffle.

TT-East 2008: Snowshoe, West Virginia | |||||||||

Dates: Thursday July 24 to Sunday July 27, 2008Locations: Snowshoe, West Virginia (Google Map). Description: TT-East 2008 opened Thursday with a sign-in session, an opening reception and bonfire. Friday offered a tour of the Green Bank Radio Telescope as well as several local scenic drives. Saturday an autocross was held along with a BBQ lunch. The event closed that evening with a banquet dinner, trophy presentations and the closing event raffle.

Dates: Thursday September 6 to Sunday September 9, 2007Location: Charleston, South Carolina (Google Map). Description: TT-East 2007 opened Thursday with a sign-in session and an opening reception. Friday offered a walking tour of Charleston, beach drive & picnic and a tour of a local winery. Saturday provided a tour of the USS Yorktown and a boat ride & tour of Fort Sumter. The event closed that evening with a banquet dinner and the closing event raffle.

Dates: Thursday August 24 to Sunday August 27, 2006Location: Stowe, Vermont (Google Map). Description: TT-East 2006 opened Thursday with a sign-in session and a welcoming reception. Friday offered many options including an autocross, a tour of the Ben & Jerry factory, several scenic drives and shopping in downtown Woodstock. Saturday provided a boat ride and tour of Lake Champlain and more scenic drives, including a more "spirited" drive. The event closed that evening with a banquet dinner, the closing event raffle and a bonfire.

Dates: Thursday June 2 to Saturday June 4, 2005Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee (Google Map). Description: TT-East 2005 opened Thursday with a sign-in session and a welcoming reception. Friday offered either a drive to tour the Jack Daniels Distillery in Lynchburg, TN or a more spirited drive to include the Cherohala Skyway and the Tail of the Dragon. Saturday was either a longer drive to the U.S. Space & Rocket Center in Huntsville, AL or a local Chattanooga area drive to Lookout Mountain. The event closed that evening with a dinner and the closing event raffle.

Dates: Thursday June 3 to Sunday June 6, 2004Location: Cumberland, Maryland (Google Map). Description: TT-East 2004 opened Thursday with a sign-in and welcoming reception at the Rocky Gap Lodge & Golf Resort. Friday offered various scenic area drives and a Casual Concours Competition with winners announced at dinner that evening. On Saturday after the official group photo, various activities took place at the National Road Rally in Cumberland, MD. The event closed that evening with a dinner and the closing event raffle.

Dates: Thursday May 15 to Sunday May 18, 2003Location: Canandaigua, New York (Google Map). Description: TT-East 2003 opened late Thursday with a sign-in session at the Canandaigua Inn on the Lake. Friday offered a drive to Glenora Wine Cellars for a tour and for lunch followed by a drive to the The National Warplane Museum for a group photo. Saturday had the option of a drive to the Corning Museum of Glass or to the International Motor Racing Research Center at Watkins Glen. The event closed that evening with an outdoor dinner and the closing event raffle.

Dates: Thursday May 2 to Sunday May 5, 2002Location: Asheville, North Carolina (Google Map). Description: TT-East 2002 opened Thursday with a sign-in session and welcoming reception at the Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort. Friday offered several technical sessions and concluded that evening with a tour of the Biltmore Estate and dinner at the Stable Cafe. Saturday had the option of a casual drive to nearby Chimney Rock, or a more spirited drive loop to the Tail of the Dragon (Deals Gap). The event closed that evening with a dinner and the closing event raffle.

TT-East 2001: Fallingwater | |||||||||

Date: Saturday April 21, 2001Location: Somerset, Pennsylvania (Google Map). Description: The inaugural TT-East event was known at the time as the "First Annual US Audi TT Owners Event" aka: "The Fallingwater Event" only later to become known simply as "TT-East". TT-East 2001 was a one day event to do some casual drives to tour two Frank Lloyd Wright's houses: Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob in southwestern Pennsylvania. After the house tours, a dinner and raffle was held.
